• Technical Advisory Boards - In this role we work with others to advise the company on technical and management issues.  In particular, we help insure that the company builds a proper development, QA and support infrastructure.
  
• Interim-CTO or other executive - For early stage companies, we often are called upon to hold an interim executive position to get things going, especially to begin specifying and building the products.  

For Investors:

• Technology Advisory Work - We assist investors in the investment and due diligence process.  This includes meeting with prospective investments, researching technologies, doing due diligence and examining the competition.
  
• Work with portfolio companies - Investors often ask us to work with their portfolio companies, especially the newly funded firms that can use a bit of guidance.
